Ok here we are at Christmas 2013 and I cant keep up with what is happening.
there has been for a few years now a small group of people that hated and were offended by the terms merry Christmas and happy new year and this just goes against all the raising I had when I was growing up. all the folks that are so much against the terms merry Christmas and happy new year, seem to forget the night of Christmas eve when we all didn't want to go to bed in hopes to see Santa, but we also remember that mom and dad
finally ran us off to bed and just as they said, Santa did show up that night. the next morning we were surprised to see all the things that Santa had left.
now I'm sure that may bring back some memories to the majority of us, but there are a few out here that do want to bring that to an end. they feel that telling the children at a young age that the story of Santa is pure fiction and cant be believed. they haven't learned that the secret to Santa is the magic that the round fellow brings and the smiles on the faces of the children that the morning.
oh this world is moving to quick for me.....
