I'VE BEEN LOST

OK, I know Ive been off this post for a rather long time but I'm back and plan on bringing up a lot of subjects that are on my mind so I would like some feedback on what i have to say. the subjects will indeed be wide ranging so try to hang on. well tonight lets start with this, if you are going out or are thinking about buying the new book, or fairly new book called "Bold Fresh" by Bill Oreilly, dont bother, I did and It SUCKED.

Seemed more of an autobiography than a political book and I hated it. Besides that I find that he is leaning a bit to the center left lately or he is really playing devils advocate because he loves it. so save the money on this book, wait a bit longer and it will be in the dollar store.

dems and taxes

what the hell is this that ole prez cant find a person to nominate for any cabinet seats that has paid their taxes? and of course even his latest health and human services found an "unintentional" mistake. here what I read on Yahoo:

WASHINGTON – Health and Human Services nominee Kathleen Sebelius recently corrected three years of tax returns and paid more than $7,000 in back taxes after finding "unintentional errors" — the latest tax troubles for an Obama administration nominee. The Kansas governor explained the changes to senators in a letter dated Tuesday that the administration released. She said they involved charitable contributions, the sale of a home and business expenses.

and of course shes paid them so that OK, you get the job, bitch

new book

Well I'm in the middle of reading a new book, published in 2008.
The name of it is "BLACK BELT PATRIOTISM" BY Chuck Norris. that's right, the same Chuck Norris that is worldly known as the martial arts master and amongst other rolls is "WALKER, TEXAS RANGER". The body of the book is not about his life but about his thoughts on the United States political system and the direction it is going in. Surprisingly, this man is very learned about the U.S. Government and above all has a good grasp on something that appears to be long lost to us and that is common sense.

I truly believe that this man may indeed be a light that the conservative party may want to steer towards if they want to get back to the true conservative beliefs. The " To The Point" attitude and the constitutional knowledge and direction this man has would easily lead him into a positive political position of leadership if he wanted. I will attempt to contact Mr Norris and find out if I can indeed quote him on a few of the lines in the book because I do feel they are worth sharing.

Auto Makers

The thoughts I have for anymore bail-outs for the auto makers are.........FORGET IT

Let them file for chapter 11, reorganize, and renegotiate those contracts with the damn unions and start anew.

I am already tired of hearing that every time they post a new loss, Obama goes right back in there and fills their wallets back up with our taxpayer money

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH -----GOODBYE GM COME BACK AND SEE US AGAIN WHEN YOU ARE WELL, MAYBE THEN A WORKING MAN CAN AFFORD A NEW CAR!!!!

what a mess we are getting into

Hello you Obamafonts
Are we having a good time reaping the rewards of the 'Changes" you voted for and we are getting?

Well lets just see how a few of those changes are doing......

well every time he opens his mouth to help someone my 401k goes down, that's quite a change...
no matter what he does its a continuous drop in the stock market so I know for sure I'm not the only one he's hurting.

health care- that's quite a subject there, 85% of the population has a health care plan of some sorts but because the 15% of the population decided, they felt they were owed health care by the government....AND they were VOTERS, well what better way for dear leader to get them votes, hell we will drop the status of the 85% to the level of the 15% and socialize health care. that way the "free clinics" will be just loaded and we will be waiting 3 weeks for a band aid.
OK, Am I dreaming or will I ever see Sen Edward Kennedy on line in a clinic, Imagine Oprah Winfrey in line for an operation waiting for 4 or 5 months, oh here's one: how about Cher being told to forget her next botox injection because shes to old anyway.

Just a few things to ponder.............................................

OK Here we go, this is the question: WHAT THE HELL IS A CARBON FOOTPRINT?

well im back

after about 2 weeks of some very hard hours I am busy doing what a lot of americans aren't: I'm working. Thats right I'm not one of the lazy bastards that were fooled into thinking Obama was going to pay my mortgage or put gas in my car, I did and continue to do what all contributing americans do: thats go to work. OK Ill be back later. Gotta go to work.

socialized medicine

Well I'm running around the Internet catching up on the news tonight and I run upon this article from Bloomberg.com.
the jist of the article is about the stimulus bill and all the things that are hid in it.
The article then goes into a hidden section that goes something like this: The bill’s health rules will affect “every individual in the United States” (445, 454, 479). Your medical treatments will be tracked electronically by a federal system. Having electronic medical records at your fingertips, easily transferred to a hospital, is beneficial. It will help avoid duplicate tests and errors.
But the bill goes further. One new bureaucracy, the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology, will monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective. The goal is to reduce costs and “guide” your doctor’s decisions (442, 446). These provisions in the stimulus bill are virtually identical to what Daschle prescribed in his 2008 book, “Critical: What We Can Do About the Health-Care Crisis.” According to Daschle, doctors have to give up autonomy and “learn to operate less like solo practitioners.”
Keeping doctors informed of the newest medical findings is important, but enforcing uniformity goes too far.

mmm.......that sounds rough, then it goes on to say: Hospitals and doctors that are not “meaningful users” of the new system will face penalties. “Meaningful user” isn’t defined in the bill. That will be left to the HHS secretary, who will be empowered to impose “more stringent measures of meaningful use over time” (511, 518, 540-541)
What penalties will deter your doctor from going beyond the electronically delivered protocols when your condition is atypical or you need an experimental treatment? The vagueness is intentional. In his book, Daschle proposed an appointed body with vast powers to make the “tough” decisions elected politicians won’t make.
The stimulus bill does that, and calls it the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research (190-192). The goal, Daschle’s book explained, is to slow the development and use of new medications and technologies because they are driving up costs. He praises Europeans for being more willing to accept “hopeless diagnoses” and “forgo experimental treatments,” and he chastises Americans for expecting too much from the health-care system.

This is all very troubling to me, How about you?

WHAT TO DO WITH THE MONEY

I will give credit to my daughter, Samantha for this one. It pretty much covers it.

I am so sick to death of hearing about how our economy is in the hole, our country is falling apart and no one knows how to keep us from dying a slow, painful death. It's very simple. Let me explain it to all of the college educated, brilliant minds on wall street and in our nations capital !

GIVE THE MONEY TO THE PEOPLE

I know this seems like a simple solution, so let me explain why it would work. If you give the money to the people, they will buy things; they will pay their bills; they will take care of their families! If you give the money to bank executives, they keep it in their vaults and it does no one any good. If you give the money to the car execs it will make cars for a little longer...for people who can't afford to buy them. If you give the money to the politically driven radicalists, it will make them rich and do the rest of us no good. So let me say it again:

GIVE THE MONEY TO THE PEOPLE

Yep Sam good call on that one.

sheriff Joe Arpaio

well what a weird situation we have going on in the phx,az area, and here it is:
We recently had a lite rail system put into service here, predominately covering the downtown area. In an effort to save taxpayer money, the maricopa county sheriff Joe has decided to place prisoners on these trains to go from the courts ( after conviction) to the jailhouse. He has stated that it will save approximately 72,000 dollars a year in parking fees and other auto related monies. well sheriff joe has done a lot of good things in maracopa county over the years but i have to wonder about letting convicted criminals ride the train with ordinary commuters is right up there at the top of the " THAT WAS A BRILLIANT IDEA" list. Ok sheriff Joe, I for one think thats over the top, armed deputy escorts or not. oh yea this is also the same peace officer that instructed that all inmates will wear PINK underware, Side note: manufacturer of said underware not specified. WAY TO GO, SHERIFF JOE

So hang with me till I get my running shoes on and we will be off and away
